Returns:

To return an item, please ensure it is in its original, unused condition with all tags still attached. Please note that items purchased on utkyuo.com cannot be returned to physical retail stores. Similarly, items bought in retail stores cannot be returned to barnesbookshelf.com.

Exchanges:

Items eligible for exchange must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Please note that exchanges for items purchased in retail stores cannot be processed online. At this time, we only accept size exchanges through our website. If you would like to exchange your item for a different color, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

How to Start Your Return or Exchange:

Log in to your account.
Go to "Order History" and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
